MMW TRIPOD SOCIETY MINI WORKSHOP
LET'S GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER
Hello Tripod Society Members,
Alissa and Jacob Hessler here. We are excited to offer you all a little creative outlet and welcomed distraction during this very scary and disconcerting time. We will be hosting a two session landscape photography mini course on Zoom. It will consist of a one hour lecture with a photography assignment on week 1 (Earth Day, April 22nd at 5pm ET) and an online group critique where we will review your images the following Wednesday (April 29th). Depending on sign-up numbers, we will break up into two critique groups to keep the number below 15 students per group.
Why are we doing this? Because we love Maine Media and want to help the school weather this difficult time. Also, because we need a creative and social outlet right now and I'm sure most of you could too. We have had an amazing time the last three weeks hosting similar group critiques with former students and friends. It has been something to look forward to - an hour to interact and be a part of an online creative community. We encourage dressing up and festive libations if you feel so inclined.
If you would like to participate, please fill out the "Step 1: Sign Me Up!" below and we will get you registered and send you your Zoom login information for our first meeting on Wednesday, April 22nd at 5pm ET. If you have any questions, please email Camille Howard at email@example.com.
We hope to see you soon! Wishing you health and as much joy as you can muster.
